Design of creative identity for Manchester-based community arts social enterprise, Creative City.
The logo for Creative City is bold, exciting and colourful, mirroring the work of the organisation. The logotype has a professional creativity, twisting expectations and suggesting that bright ideas can come from areas unexpected. The logotype is joined by a vibrant icon, which for many will be the main face of the organisation. A letter C has been divided into city ‘blocks’, implying creative streets of possibility and building towards positive change.
About Creative City
Creative City England CIC works with individuals and communities on arts outreach projects. Their focus is on supporting individuals with their well-being and confidence, helping them connect to others, shape their lives and influence the world around them. Creative City builds community by bringing people, groups and organisations together. They help to connect people with life skills, develop creative experiences and bring people closer to decision making, creatively. Recent projects involve supporting community spaces to become cultural hubs and providing start up support to creatives, change-makers and social entrepreneurs.
