Photos were taken as part of weekly photo shoots on site in the tearoom in West Didsbury, and also taken at the market stall in Piccadilly Gardens, where manual photography was used to truly give the atmosphere of the day's selling. There's also a few from my early days of photographing for Dish & Spoon, where alongside the emerging 'tactile' trend at the time, little sets for each cake were made. I am lucky to be a part of the team at this wonderful tearoom each week and can highly recommend all on the menu!
